Thank you for shopping with DripHoodie. We appreciate your business and want to make sure you know exactly what to expect when it comes to shipping and delivery.


1. Order Processing & Production Time

Each of our products is made to order.
Please allow up to 10 business days for production and order processing before your order ships.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another notification once your order has shipped.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

After your order has been produced and packaged, shipping typically takes 2–3 business days (depending on your location and carrier).

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order leaves our facility.


5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

DripHoodie is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@driphoodie.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
